SMI Forum 2021
Themed “Maritime Safety in the 4.0 Era: Breaking New Frontiers’, this year’s SMI Forum aims to highlight the role of research and development (R&D) towards enhancing maritime safety, while supporting the industry to break new frontiers and position for future growth.
The key highlights of the SMI Forum 2021 programme include launch of a new research initiative and announcement on new research collaborations with local and international partners. Through a showcase of research projects, maritime researchers will present and share ongoing R&D efforts to enhance safety at sea.
As SMI celebrates its 10th Anniversary this year, there will be a special segment to commemorate SMI’s journey over the past decade and its contributions towards maritime R&D in Singapore.
