SMI Subsea R&D Workshop
As part of Singapore Maritime Institute’s (SMI) strategies in directing R&D to develop new capabilities and support translational efforts under the goal of R&D, SMI and MI@NUS plan to explore and develop a thematic focus on Subsea covering areas such as subsea processing and integrity management for the offshore/subsea sector in collaboration with its local academia partners through a planned workshop. This will allow participants to share and discuss on current challenges and potential applicable solutions deriving from existing and new technological capabilities. One of the possible outcomes of the workshop would be to assess the feasibility of establishing a R&D programme in the identified areas.
