SUMMARY:Primer Course in Offshore Safety &amp; Management Systems
DESCRIPTION:This course is the joint-cooperative effort of Ngee Ann Polytechnic Centre of Innovation – Marine &amp; Offshore Technology and AZUR Offshore, UK. The course is designed to help the participants to acquire the fundamental knowledge on Offshore Safety, Human Factors and Risk Management. Upon completion of the course, participants should be able to understand the basics of offshore safety, human factors in safety, reliability engineering, offshore risks and management. Case studies, videos and multimedias will be used to illustrate engineering principles and lessons learnt from past successful projects.
