Since its inception in 1964, the ICMCF has become the foremost international scientific conference on fouling and corrosion of materials in the sea, bringing together the best scientists and technologists from academia, industry, defense and other government organizations to present and discuss recent scientific developments in combating fouling and corrosion in the marine environment.
This 17th Congress will mark the 50th Anniversary of the ICMCF. It will be the first time the Congress is being held in Singapore and only the 2nd time held in Asia.
The conference will cover a variety of topics, including:
- New Approaches for Antifouling
- Biofilms and Microbial Fouling
- Biocidal Antifouling Technologies: “From Basic Research Through to End-User Perspectives”
- Advances in Coating Technology
- New Methods for Evaluation of Antifouling & Many More
